Delete your account

You can delete your Midnight Harvest account yourself, at any time, from inside the game.

In the game

• Sign in at midnightharvest.net (or open the app).
• Open your Profile and press Account.
• At the bottom, under Leave the village, press Delete my account.
• Type your name and your password, and press Delete in 7 days.

For 7 days you can change your mind: sign in and your account is kept, exactly as it was. After that it cannot be brought back.

If you cannot sign in

Write to support@midnightharvest.net from the email address confirmed on the account, with the account’s name. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, password, email address and Twitch link.
• Your level, Moons, Silver, villagers, outfits, pets, finds, potions, Journal, titles and achievements.
• Your friends, notes, the letters you received, and your settings.

What is kept

• Matches you played, in other players’ histories, as a former villager; letters you sent, signed the same way.
• Records of payments, as the law requires.
• Reports and bans for one year, so that deleting cannot be used to escape a ban.
• Your name is held for 90 days, then anyone may take it.
